Peace in God

~PEACE Is HEALTHY~

Where do you get your peace from? Does it come from other people? Does it come from you? Well I don't know where you get your peace from, but me I get my Peace when I look up to my savior and nobody else. Does the devil try to steal your peace? Of coarse he does, but if your a faithful believer of Jesus Christ, then the outside world should never affect us. When thoughts, or temptations come? What do we do? We rebuke and go open our bibles and get our peace back. The word of God is where our peace comes from. Not just reading the bible, living the bible is what us as faithful CHRISTIANS need to do. Oh trust me I have been struggling lately with my peace. Been focusing on the circumstances rather then giving the care completely to God. Jesus died on the cross for our peace so when you focus on the circumstance our battle with the enemy seems never ending. But give the care completely to GOD, don't think about it! When you put your full focus on Jesus, God takes care of every circumstance, we are not the ones to take care of it! GIVE IT TO HIM! Don't let go "Cast all your anxieties on the Lord, for he cares for you" 1st peter 5:7 I want to inform you that our time is very valuable. It is tremendously important who we hang out with, tremendously! My pastor Mommy as some of my blog friends no how precious and dear she is to me. She says if you don't feel peace around someone, then don't be around them. They should be saved, go to church, be a believer of Jesus CHRIST, be careful. As hard as it may seem, family can steal our peace. But we have to give those cares to God. Don't allow then enemy to steal your peace. When your focus is on God and no body else then your peace will not be taken. Don't give place in the enemy! Say no no my God is bigger then you, stinking lying devil. Hahah, he be trying to steal my peace, but think about it, Who is letting the enemy in to steal our peace? WE ARE! So you have to be wise in what your around, what your watching, who your with! Pray before you go some where, the Holy Spirit will let you know if its okay to go there. Tv shows can steal our peace, make us think about so much! But Jesus lives in my heart and the change starts now. Who is with me? Who is not going to let the Enemy in to steal our peace anymore? I'm not looking back, Im forgiven, and Im going to live in peace and Joy. Single Ladies have patience that man is coming. If you rush it and don't trust God you are going to be miserable. Protect your gift! (: No no Devil, Peace lives in me, and bam every thought is gone! So rejoice through those trials, and give the care to God completely, don't give it back. Trust God because he cares for you and I so deeply. Never is he not there to listen to us.

Word of God!

     Hey my sweet followers, I know I haven't been posting much lately, but full time in college has a lot of priorities. But As Im sitting here doing some college work, the Lord laid it on my heart to right a blog post since Im feeling kind of alone at the moment. But let me tell you that's a lie from the enemy, we may feel alone, but something I want to tell you, if Jesus lives in you your never alone. That's something everybody struggles to remember, but thats okay, I have those moments too. But if the Lord lives with us, who should be against us! Something I want to share with you guys about starting your day in the word (By word if you do not know, I mean reading your bible) or just praising God! The blessings it gives you through out your days is just over all amazing, and I thank God for it every second. It brings your heart joy, peace, love, and comfort throughout your day. Starting the Word first in your day means you choose God first and isn't that overall a true blessing. I think about that on a daily basis now. The enemy really leaves you alone once you up your word dosage too. I currently was offered a Job this week, still waiting to hear back, but how it happened was just a God moment and overall amazing. It was definitely what we would call favor. Us believers have favor over the rest of the world because Jesus lives in us,Amen! "Always be joyful in the Lord! I'll say it again: Be Joyful!!" Philippians 4:4.

Start fresh, Be different!

     It's a new year and the past is over, we shall only remember the good memories. Memories are always good to have and that's why a picture speaks a thousand words. Some may make us teary eyed or full of Joy but the amazing thing is the Lord is our ultimate comforter. Everyone makes a new years resolution and I would most definitely love to here about yours. Mine is going to not take on the cares of other people, mainly the cares of my family because I gave it all to God and that's one of the greatest things I could have done. You feel ultimate peace and that's an amazing thing. I am also going to write the things I'm believing God for this year on paper, so I can thank him for it on a daily basis. Because with God All shall come to pass, but it also takes patience. We shouldn't put God on a calender for his time is ultimately precious. Trust God and when he knows you deserve it or your ready everything you have asked for will be yours. How much time do you spend with your savior? That is the ultimate question, do you open your bible every day or does it sit in the dust. Or you  are only a listener and not a doer. Opening your bible once a week is not a Christ like christian, because your not living for God, and living your days off the Word of God, isn't that something to think about?! Its either a full time Christian, or a No time because God is not  a part time GOD. You will receive your ultimate blessings when you Put God first before the rest of your life. Everything will be done through God if you choose to do so, but thats a choice. Choose now how you want to start out this year, do you want to be different then last year? I choose to make God the center of my life. Doing my part daily, Reading, Meditating and praising God. I choose to get so much deeper this year, and not let the enemy distract me anymore from the presence with my Savior. It's going to be the greatest year yet for me and I know that because the Lord has told me and so has he told my pastors that about me. How the Lord works isn't that amazing? I think so. I personally wanted to remind all of you sweet followers of mine that you are completely loved and granted for and everyone of you has a different calling on your lifes. Its the year not to give up.

Now I would like to share with you some of the verses God has placed in my heart this week.

"Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases" // Psalm 103:3

"If you confess with your mouth "Jesus is the Lord" , and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" // Romans 10:9

*When you stay out of the mental arena that means you are in Gods way!!!!

Lord I come to you in prayer that this year will be a blessing waiting to happen for those of the Christ-like faith, and that you bless everything they reap. Amen! God you  are so good.

Joshua 1:9

     Moments with my savior are just absolutely precious to me. Sitting here today with God on my side. Well I want to share a little about last night. So last night I went to a church service to see an awesome man of God minister and it was an hour away but it was so worth it. The Lord had been laying it on my heart that it was something that I needed to do, but the funny thing is my car was not drivable since last Thursday so it was all God that my car had got out of the shop just in time for last night. Obeying the Lord and getting to the service was precious, because man did God show up on me. My Joy was completely restored, and I got drunk off the spirit of the Lord. Hahahahahha smiling and laughing all night long I was. Don't think about the distractions the enemy tries to throw at us because it will only kill, steal, and destroy our peace and faith. "Therefore, my beloved and longed-for brethren, my joy and crown, so stand fast in the Lord, beloved.(Philippians 4:4 NKJV)" To feel complete joy is absolutely precious. Do you love God? Do you Love Jesus? Are you happy? Well Jesus brings us our joy and happiness and makes me so happy to know I'm saved completely. Tell yourself that satans wrong, I'm right. You outta be gratitude your not going to hell. 
 Dont Cry, REJOICE!  Don't gripe be happy, and praise God. 
Here are some verses I want to share with you if you are feeling confused. 

• I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go. I will guide you with my eye. (Psalms 32:8)

• For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil , to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon me and go and pray to me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek me and find me, when you search for me with all your heart. (Jeremiah 29:11-13)

Never give up on you, be a light to those hurting, bring them to know Jesus. Don't be scared or sad when you get judged or bashed on because of your faith.  Because the Lord should be you one and only ultimate Judge

"Don't allow it"

     Hey my sweet followers! I would like to tell you a little about the last couple of days. Well first off I want to tell you as a christian we all have our moments and days. I would like to tell you not to let the enemy steal your peace. "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." (John 14:27) I would be an absolute wreck right now if it was not for the comfort of Jesus and prayers from my friends I would be a crying mess. The last couple days the enemy has tried to send me distractions. My brother was recently shot my heart dropped when I heard that news, and he is now fighting for his life. The circumstance of why it happened just filled my heart with so much worry "When I am afraid, I put my TRUST in you" (Psalm 56:3). That verse is so short but so sweet and comforting to me right now. I put my trust in God because I could sense I was letting worry come into the door of my heart. So then I told myself I should be happy my brother is alive and healing. When you let worry in distractions from the enemy will keep coming, because the next day my car breaks down, and I find out my nephew has broken his leg. I'm thankful the angels were protecting me when my car almost blew up. So for now it's undrivable until it gets fixed. But I'm thankful I'm alive because that could have been a bad situation. I want to tell you guys God sends his angels out to protect all of us, in every situation. He loves all of you unconditionally including I. "The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the spirit is life and peace" (Romans 8:6)
When our focus is on other people instead of God we do not get our freedom.  A reminder is to not hold onto thoughts that are not of God.
"Turn your burdens over to the Lord, and he will take care of you. He will never let the righteous person stumble" (Psalm 55:22)

"All day long we praise our God. We give thank to you forever" (Psalm 44:8)


"Let go of your of your concerns! Then you will know that I am God. I rule the nations. I rule the earth. (Psalm 46:10)


Comforting verses to me right now. I hope you guys stay strong and know that God is real.
And to know the power of prayer is real is absolutely awesome. Moments with the Lord this week

     So on Monday night I believe it was I was having pain like no other. So the Lord instructed me to get down on my knees and ask for my healing the correct way so I did. I cried this verse out to Jesus "O Lord my God, I cried out to you for help and you healed me" (Psalms 30:2) Woke up this morning feeling completely better, like my symptoms I've been having completely left. People tell me that its impossible when they are an unbeliever but It is not impossible because my Jesus is the biggest and most ultimate healer there could possibly be. Don't tell me My GOD is fake because he is completely real, take time to get to know him. Another verse that I meditate on when I am looking for a healing is "Heal me, O Lord, and I will be healed. Rescue me, and I will be rescued, You are the one I praise. (Jeremiah 17:14)  Jesus is the ultimate healer never forget that. Praise through the storm and he will bring you Joy in the morning.

Just a couple things I got from the bible and devotionals so far this week. Here you go.

"The fire has no power upon my body" If you are walking through a fiery test, you cannot afford to surround yourself with companions who are speaking words of doubt every time you speak words of faith.

Do you think it is important to spend time with God during the week? Well for me personally that's where i found the most comfort in my days, and week. Feeling that precious sweet feeling God places you in during that time, whether it be Prayer, Praise, Reading the Word. Its all absolutely precious and never ending to me. " Thy word [is] a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path."(Psalms 119:105) The verse says it all and its something I hold tightly onto, my bible! I find a cure to every problem in there. Give it a try if you don't already.

There was a moment this week where a friend had told me that they were having thoughts of death on their life. I prayed so much that night, I weeped, and just thanked God for his amazing victory over her life and my life. And minutes later, Guess what happen, the Lord showed up on her and everyone of the thoughts she was having vanished.  The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.(John 10:10)  I wont let any part of that stupid satan into my surrounding believers of Christ, I pray my heart out for them, because God listens to our prayers. "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them."(Matthew 18:20)  That's a powerful thing being connected together in prayer.

Thankful for the people I have in my life. Received some sweet words this week from dear friends.

"The Lord will continually guide you, and satisfy your desire in scorched places, and give strength to your bones, and you will be like a watered garden and like a spring of water whose waters do not fall" (Isaiah 58:11) That verse as been heavy in my heart so I thought I would share it.

Look straight ahead at Jesus and keep your mouth shut towards of doubt, unbelief and evil speaking.

Are you feeling alone?

     I was in the middle of researching some information for my college research paper, and the Lord had me stop, and go here. He laid something heavy on my heart.  Are you feeling dark or alone? I was talking to somebody and this is when the Lord laid it so heavy on my heart. And i mean heavy, this was just a knew experience for me to feel, i almost wanted to start crying but in a different way. Like for the Love of Jesus. Have you ever felt alone, like for instance when your around a group of friends or in this matter So called friends because you walk up to them and they just pretend like your so invisible. Or it could even be like that with your house hold, like this im going to share relates to me! Day by day i go on and I used to feel so alone in my house, but when that trial came on I just agreed with it, and felt like God wanted me to feel this way. To be honest, just recently i realized it was a lie from the pit of hell, that is so ridiculous of me to even think. Now i can be in my house without feeling so dark and alone, because the greater one Jesus Christ lives on the inside of me, and its the time i finally accepted it. Praise the Lord! He is good.
   " God’s love never fails.  
Praise the God of all gods.
    God’s love never fails. 
 Praise the Lord of lords.
    God’s love never fails." ( Psalm 136 1-3)
Those verses right there have to be the most comforting thing to me in those moments, but the amazing thing is i rejoice through Jesus. God's love will never fail and its one of the most encouraging things that gets me going through that moment of feeling so alone. Your saying i don't have anybody to love me, or hug me, or appreciate me? Well have you tried Jesus, He will never fail you. Have you listened to Spiritual music? Have you opened A bible? Have you talked to somebody?  After you do all of that, i promise you will have a different outlook on life. Trust me there was a point before i got so lost in Jesus, that i tried to attempt a couple of things, but after getting so lost, I was picked back up by God, My faith, and i just said why would i even try those things or to loose my life, yeah stupid right? Well after that trial, i talked to my Spiritual parents, which our also my Pastors, i praised through the storm and started praising, praying, reading my bible daily"Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path"(Psalm 119:105), and everyone comes up to me, Im actually noticed appreciated and wanted now. But i finally learned that Jesus came out of everyone of these people. It's so absoulutely precious to know Jesus loves Me unconditionally, along with the Church family he placed in my life.
"For it is God who works in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure."(Phillipians 2:13)
And my heart goes out today to all of those innocent young lives killing themselves, tell somebody you love them today, tell somebody their adored, give somebody a hug. Get those hurting into Gods kingdom, we can do it. If your reading this, i want you to know God loves and adores you, as well as me, because me being a christian has been through what it feels like to not be loved. "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another."(John 13:34)

Expressing some of my heart tonight.

     My heart is heavy tonight as i sit here, Im just here with my worship music blasting because thoughts and temptations our trying to overcome me tonight, but me as a Christian i will not allow it, not one bit at all. Worry and thoughts about the past our just lies from the enemy, and the word tells us to "Cast all our anxieties on him for he CARES for us" 1st peter 5:7 The word in here that stands out to me the most every time is cares- isn't it one of the best feelings to feel cared for? It is one of the best feelings for me thats for sure and Jesus died on the cross for our worries and trials, and so much more.

 

Also 1st Peter 5:8 is one of the verses that lays strong on my heart tonight because it is so easy to let thoughts trials and temptations in but we our strong and can say no no you stinking lying devil and we learn how to only let the good thoughts come into our hearts. "Keep your mind clear and be alert. Your opponent the devil is prowling around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour" (1st peter 5:8)  So be ready and alert, dont let him in the Doors, Tonight i sat here and thought about how i failed God a little by letting my thoughts come to play and they shouldn't have but everybody has their moments and I thank God every second for forgiveness. 

"May the words from my mouth and the thoughts from my heart be acceptable to you, O Lord, my rock and my defender" Psalm 19:14

Everything that you say against the Lord, remember that it is a sin. Im still working on that myself, remember we all make mistakes and nobody is perfect, but the Lord always will forgive us.

"The Lord is good and decent.That is why he teaches sinners the way they should live" Psalm 25:8

Sitting here at the moment thinking about one of the biggest things i had to find the courage to forgive, it was so hard for me but i gained the courage to forgive this man. Getting sexually touched by a man at a wedding in front of people, that was one of the worst images to go through in my life. He held onto me and wouldn't let go of me, and it was just one of those situations that i was scared and didn't know what to do. I felt so useless and so ashamed and so lost for about a month. It took me so long, to relieze it was not my fault, i saw that mans face everywhere i went, even when i looked at my pastor i saw him and it was one of the saddest things to overcome for me, just recently i am now overcoming the look of that mans eyes and face. But besides that I am healed, and restored and closer then ever with God, It was a process, but meditating and praising God thru the storm really pays off. 

I would like to leave you with some of the things i do when im scared or feeling alone.

• I talk to God
• I get down on my knees and pray
• I meditate and read the word (bible)
• And i Praise God

Never give up!
"And whenever you stand praying,forgive if you have anything against anyone,so that your Father who is also in heaven may forgive you of your trespasses" Mark 11:25
