Feels good to be back!

    
     Hello my dear followers, I just want to inform you that I have not been able to do my blog posts because my computer crashed, and praise the Lord 220 dollars later its fixed and whole again. Sometimes through our trials if we dont hold fast  the enemy will bring us more to where we just want to give up on life. That seems like where I have been the last couple of weeks. First I was fighting some pretty bad symptoms, but you can read about that in my post before this one today. Second my Laptop unexpectedly crashed. Third as of the moment my car is in the shop because it kind of like blew up or "Smoked Up" I guess you could say, because I am car less for the last 2 days. Being a college student and all of this happening at once just kind of put me into a pickle but I have been uping my dosage  of the word and let me tell you that is the only way you can get yourself out of this kinda of funk the devil puts us in. Remember something? God will bless you when you obey him. It is important to know the difference between the devils thoughts and God thoughts. I realized something yesterday after I attended a funeral for somebody who committed suicide. It was so devastating, but that's what happens when you the the devils thoughts role your life and we cant focus on him. When we rejoice through the storm the enemy will no longer try to mess with our minds. "We cant listens to our heads, we have to listen to our God, and Soul"  At the moment I feel like a crazy chicken because it seems like I am always busy at the moment. But remember God will bless us when we bless others and HOLD-FAST! I tell myself not to give up, I have came to far. Its hard yes, but not with God and we have to remember that everybody. The famous verse reminds me of this daily. "All things are possible through Christ who strengthens us" // Philippians 4:13 If it wasn't possible God would not put us through it. Hold on its only temporary! As I'm mentally exhausted right now I still put God first and I put him first daily before everything and everyone these past couple of days. I personally want to say thankyou to all the people who have been praying for me and not giving up on me. This verse comes to mind when I said that "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them." // Matthew 18:20. It is so powerful when 2 or more come in agreement with you. I am so thankful for the prayer warriors that I have.  They are so precious and dear to me.  As I am enjoying pineapple at the moment I am reminded about how thankful about having food on my plate and being able to hold food down and eat again. I think why I got sick was because I had let depression in. But not no more, Praise the Lord!

I want to share a little bit from a fabulous church service I went to in Bakersfield on Tuesday night. I felt like the Lord was speaking to me through his message. It was crazy! But how the Lord works sometimes just makes me in awe of him more.

"In the test and trials your going to have to endure through faith"

"The will of God is that you tithe"

"Be a finisher"

"Faith will do whatever it takes" Faith doesn't quit and never goes backwards!

Down on my Knees!

   
      Hey followers, I just wanted to encourage you how great it is to get down on our knees in prayer! I have been overcoming a battle lately with my health, but I haven't given up! I obeyed the Lord tonight and got down in prayer tonight and Praised through the hurt, and thanked my God that the healing is already mine. "Sometimes being down on our Knees in prayer, is the greatest way to overcome the battle!"- Sarah Elizabeth.  Im praying for strong health tonight! I broke down into tears when I realized how precious that Jesus died for mine and your healing's. Don't let go of how precious our Savior is! All thing works for our good. [When sickness tries to strike you, and the enemy roars with symptoms and pain, say, "No, Satan! I'm hidden in healing, and Im not coming out!-Nancy Dufresne.] It's kind of like a hide and seek game if you think about it, your hidden in Christ! Gods love has just over poured me tonight, even through the storm I chose to get down on my knees.  That was really all I had to say for this post. But I want to share some healing scriptures if your in need of them like I am today!

 "He sent His word and healed them, And delivered them from their destruction's" // Psalm 107:20

"And the LORD will take away from you all sickness, and will afflict you with none of the terrible diseases of Egypt which you have known, but will lay them on all those who hate you." //Deuteronomy 7:15

"For I will restore health unto you, and I will heal you of your wounds, saith the Lord." // Jeremiah 30:17

"Behold, I will bring you health and cure, and I will cure you, and will reveal unto you the abundance of peace and truth." // Jeremiah 33:6

"Therefore I say to you whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them." // Mark 11:24

These songs brought my heart so much peace tonight! I listened to one of them as I was down on my knees tonight!

Lets be FEARLESS.

     Hey my lovely followers! Just sitting here with some dead time and a topic about being fearless popped up in my head! Isn't it crazy how God puts a topic in our heads as a blogger about a previous life experience? Crazy right, I know I know! Well I want to share this story with you, when I was in 5th grade well I was actually going into 6th grade, craziness sharing a story over 7 years ago! Well Lets be fearless came to my heart because when I was riding my bike one summer afternoon, it was like my life changed in a blink of an eye!  The next thing I knew I was in shock, in the middle of a cotton field, while my bike was literally a mile away from me after I realized it. Your getting curious now right, In a blink of a bite I could have lost my life. But God had to have been looking out for me that day, I was severely attacked by 3 dogs that summer afternoon, not even realizing what had just happened. I here a shot, oh man how that truly scared me, I thought I was officially going to loose my life but I made it out alive and happy! The saddest thing from that memory is how I lost my beautiful scar free legs, but it still brought me back to that topic of Fearless, because after all of that I had fear and I would cry when every dog would come near me, but life changed because I have the best dogs I could possibly have to this day. The day I got saved, my life was forever changed, because God proved to me that the fear I used to have for dogs didnt exist anymore. Yes do I get flashbacks from that experience and hospital visit sometimes when I look at those ugly scars all over my body. But God has taught me how to be a fearless daughter of God. I would be so lost if God didnt take over my life, without him I was tremendously scared of Dogs for the longest time. But not no more because they have became my bestfriends and sometimes I think they listen more then actual people! "Your animals are like yourself" be happy and your dogs will be loving. Animal abuse makes them evil, they are innocent until you dont show love to them. But God taught me how to be fearless ever since that memory that sometimes comes back when I look at myself in the mirror! Even through the scars everybody, know you are unique and precious in the name of God. "Im loved, treasured, favored daughter of God" Don't give up on the gift God has placed in your life!

"Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you." // Deuteronomy 31:6

 For I am the LORD, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you. // Isaiah 41:13

"The LORD is my light and my salvation-- whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life-- of whom shall I be afraid?" // Psalm 27:1

When life hits you with a flashback from something immediately cast your care on God because he completely cares for you.  "Cast all your anxieties on God for he cares for us" 1st peter 5:7 , I also want to share the amplified version because I just get so much peace from it.  ^"Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully." // 1st peter 5:7 Amp

Just a little bit of life Lately!

     Hello my dear followers, I know its probably been like forever since ive posted a blog post, but Im going to try to post one atleast once or twice a week. Life has hit me with alot of tests and trials to overcome lately. But besides that I just want to remind you all that the Lord has your back through every area. Tough times may come, but the weapon to overcome these trials is the WORD OF GOD, and PRAISE. That's one of the greatest thing to overcome. I currently have started college again so I dont really have alot of time for this fun stuff anymore. For me now it goes GOD, Church, Family/Friends, and then School, and all this other fun stuff last. So since I had some dead time Im writing away whats on my little mind of mind because thats the easiest way for me to just sit down and relax.  So many things and stress has tried to come about me this week, but me as the Christian I am I say no no no, you stinking lying devil. My daily reminder is this "All things through Christ is possible for Me Sarah Elizabeth who strengthens me" That's called meditating on a verse you stand on and replacing it with yours or something you are believing or trusting God for. The bible reference is Phillipians 4:13 "All things are possible through Christ through Christ who strengthens us."  I would like to share a little bit of how my week has been in pictures later on in this post.  I want to share a little bit of  my moments with the Lord this week, and Scriptures that sunk so deeply into my heart!

"We are cleansed by Jesus blood and the blood has overcome the enemy"

"But without faith it is impossible to please him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that he is a rewarder of those who diligently seek him. // Hebrews 11:6

"Thanks be to God who has not rejected my prayer or taken away his mercy from Me" // Psalm 66:20

"The christian life is sweet and full of rewards"

I have been speaking and declaring that 2013 is going to be the best year yet. All things are coming to pass. Have you written out your goals or the things you are trusting God for through out this year!

Some sweet words I received this week from a dear Gem! (:
 "I am praying for you as you start school after this crazy, and I am sure overwhelming weekend. Love you sweet girl. You are precious!!! "The fear of the Lord leads to life, and whoever has it rests satisfied; he will not be visited by harm." - Proverbs 19:15

Just those sweet words are so dear, and touching to my life.

 Some Music that has lifted me up so dearly the last couple of days, and I just praise my God like nobody is watching, wherever, and whenever.

How is your toungue?

     
 First Id like to mention that most of my reference to this blog post came from a powerful book called, Does your tongue need healing? by Derek Prince! If you do not have that book, borrow it or buy it. Definitely life changing. I read this book in like 2 hours, could not put it down. 2 words, life changing!

      The title says it all, How is your tongue? Did you know the power of what you speak can either help or destroy you? "Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit// Proverbs 18:21 Nas" If its written in the book of life (BIBLE) it must be correct right? Well it is! The Lord dealt with me pretty hard tonight about how some of my actions have been, and some of the things I have been saying. All of this happened as I was listening to the word on my phone, and texting with my spiritual mother. Matter of fact I was in tears, Crazy huh? But I praise God that his forgiveness is so good. There is so many forgiveness scriptures, check it out in that Bible for yourself. It is so important to have a clean and pure heart, because A wicked one is the Enemy coming to kill steal and destroy. As you can see what comes out of your mouth shows how your heart is on the inside. We definitely will have a life full of sorrow if we cant control our tongues and lips. I want to let you know even the best christian, or spiritual believer slips, but Gods forgiveness is amazing. Remember our words determine destiny! Something to think about right? Hopefully I got your mind thinking tonight, because mine is, but from the power of God.

3. Gossip
4. Lying 
5. Flattery
6. Hastiness of speech

First steps on healing our tongue!

1. Call your problem by it's right name. Sin!
2. Confess your sin and receive Forgiveness and cleansing! (Read 1st John 1:7-9)
3. Refuse sin, yield to God 

My heart was heavy, but thats why God invented Praise, so Get your praise on! 

 

The greatest blessings are yet to come! Halleluah, this is the year. 

God dont make no Junk, so dont receive it!

Start fresh, Be different!

     It's a new year and the past is over, we shall only remember the good memories. Memories are always good to have and that's why a picture speaks a thousand words. Some may make us teary eyed or full of Joy but the amazing thing is the Lord is our ultimate comforter. Everyone makes a new years resolution and I would most definitely love to here about yours. Mine is going to not take on the cares of other people, mainly the cares of my family because I gave it all to God and that's one of the greatest things I could have done. You feel ultimate peace and that's an amazing thing. I am also going to write the things I'm believing God for this year on paper, so I can thank him for it on a daily basis. Because with God All shall come to pass, but it also takes patience. We shouldn't put God on a calender for his time is ultimately precious. Trust God and when he knows you deserve it or your ready everything you have asked for will be yours. How much time do you spend with your savior? That is the ultimate question, do you open your bible every day or does it sit in the dust. Or you  are only a listener and not a doer. Opening your bible once a week is not a Christ like christian, because your not living for God, and living your days off the Word of God, isn't that something to think about?! Its either a full time Christian, or a No time because God is not  a part time GOD. You will receive your ultimate blessings when you Put God first before the rest of your life. Everything will be done through God if you choose to do so, but thats a choice. Choose now how you want to start out this year, do you want to be different then last year? I choose to make God the center of my life. Doing my part daily, Reading, Meditating and praising God. I choose to get so much deeper this year, and not let the enemy distract me anymore from the presence with my Savior. It's going to be the greatest year yet for me and I know that because the Lord has told me and so has he told my pastors that about me. How the Lord works isn't that amazing? I think so. I personally wanted to remind all of you sweet followers of mine that you are completely loved and granted for and everyone of you has a different calling on your lifes. Its the year not to give up.

Now I would like to share with you some of the verses God has placed in my heart this week.

"Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases" // Psalm 103:3

"If you confess with your mouth "Jesus is the Lord" , and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" // Romans 10:9

"So then faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God" // Romans 10:17


* It takes the Word of God too successfully drive back and defeat every dark work #Amen

*When you stay out of the mental arena that means you are in Gods way!!!!

*Your persistance will turn you into a person of great faith!!!


Lord I come to you in prayer that this year will be a blessing waiting to happen for those of the Christ-like faith, and that you bless everything they reap. Amen! God you  are so good.
